HR Manager - Job description

Work Experience: 10-15 years of HR management experience, specifically in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or MSW

Key Responsibilities

Able to manage HR activities & policies throughout the company.
Responsible for recruiting skilled & unskilled manpower requirements.
Responsible for fulfilling all statutory, legal, EHS, pollution & POSH requirements.
Responsible for organizing training activities of all levels of the organization.
Responsible for monitoring proper control over contract labour.
Responsible for assigning manpower resources at all levels for proper utilization & control.
Responsible for ensuring that all employees across the organization adhere to company policies.
Responsible for monitoring periodic employee performances & presenting to the management.

Skills & Talents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between management & industrial staff.
Strong understanding of labour laws and other statutory requirements.
