Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Filing Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting student visa applications for various study destinations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect and verify documents required for student visa applications.

* Prepare and file visa applications for countries such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.

* Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.

* Coordinate with students, counselors, and universities regarding visa documentation.

* Review financial, academic, and supporting documents for visa compliance.

* Track application progress and provide timely updates to students.

* Respond to visa-related queries and assist students throughout the visa process.

* Maintain records and databases of all visa applications.

* Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and visa regulations.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

* 1–3 years of experience in visa filing, immigration, or study abroad consultancy.

* Strong knowledge of student visa procedures and documentation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
