Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Highways & Structures

Location: Chandigarh (Head Office)
Industry: Highway Construction, Bridges, ROBs, Railways & Infrastructure Projects

Job Responsibilities:

Quantity take-off and estimation from drawings and BOQ.
Preparation and verification of BOQ, BBS, and quantity calculations.
Rate analysis, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
Quantity reconciliation and cost control during project execution.
Review of drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Preparation of client and subcontractor quantity statements.
Coordination with project teams for measurement and billing support.
Preparation of tender quantity analysis and cost estimates for NHAI, Railways, and other infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Highway, Bridge, ROB, Flyover, or Railway projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, and quantity estimation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Experience with NHAI/MoRTH/Railway projects will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
