Full job description

Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Ensure meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and workstations are properly maintained.
Arrange office furniture and meeting setups whenever required.
Monitor cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

Pantry Management

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
Maintain pantry cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensure pantry supplies are always stocked.
Refill drinking water and manage disposable supplies.

Office Support

Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Deliver documents and parcels within the office or to nearby locations.
Help with packaging, labeling, and organizing office materials.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms before client meetings.

Inventory Assistance

Maintain basic stock of office stationery and pantry supplies.
Inform the administration team when supplies are running low.
Organize storage areas and ensure materials are properly placed.

Event & Production Support

Assist with loading and unloading event materials when required.
Help organize branding materials, event kits, and promotional items.
Support the team during office-based event preparations.
Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

General Assistance

Run official errands such as courier dispatches, bank visits, or local purchases.
Assist employees with day-to-day office requirements.
Support administrative staff in routine office activities.
Follow all office policies and maintain discipline.

Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience.
