Full job description

Supporting the main bartender by stocking the bar with supplies like liquor, ice, and glassware, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with drink preparation, especially during busy periods. This entry-level role is crucial for ensuring efficient bar operations and a positive customer experience through tasks like washing glasses, preparing garnishes, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities

Stocking and organization: Replenish bar supplies such as alcohol, mixers, and ice to ensure the bartender has everything needed.
Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the bar area, including counters, glassware, and equipment, clean and organized to meet health and safety standards.
Customer service: Assist customers with their orders, check identification, and deliver drinks and food to tables when necessary.
Drink preparation: Help the bartender by measuring ingredients, pouring drinks, mixing simple cocktails, and preparing garnishes.
Cash handling: Process payments, handle cash, and complete cashier reports at the end of a shift.
Inventory management: Assist with tracking inventory, logging alcohol usage, and helping with closing duties Prefered Person with own accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
