Desired Candidate Profile: 0 to 5 years of experience in Security Management.

Work Location: Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Area Filed Officer – Security Services to manage and supervise overall security operations across multiple client locations. The role involves manpower deployment, client coordination, service quality control, and compliance management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, quick decision-making ability, and hands-on operational experience in the security services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Deployment

· Plan and manage deployment of security personnel at client sites.

· Ensure adequate manpower availability across all shifts and locations.

· Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections.

· Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of security staff.

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client-specific requirements.

2. Client Coordination

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters.

· Handle client feedback and complaints with timely resolution.

· Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.

· Maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

3. Team Management

· Supervise field officers, supervisors, security guards, and other manpower.

· Conduct regular training sessions and operational briefings.

· Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements.

· Ensure proper grooming, turnout, and professional conduct of security personnel.

4. Compliance & Documentation

· Maintain site registers, attendance records, and operational reports.

· Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and PSARA norms.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Handle incident reporting and investigations.

5. Business & HR Support

· Support management in new site mobilization and onboarding.

· Assist in recruitment and selection of security personnel.

· Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll inputs and records.

· Support employee retention and motivation initiatives.

6. Emergency Handling

· Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.

· Coordinate with police and local authorities when required.

· Ensure implementation of safety and emergency response protocols.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Proven experience in Security Operations Management.
Good knowledge of PSARA regulations and labor law compliance.
Ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
Strong knowledge of Facilities Services industry and service quality.
Excellent people management and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

· Any Graduate.

· Diploma in Fire Safety / Security Services Management (added advantage).
