LabInformatics experts: If you have hands on experience with any LIMS, ELN, SDMS, CDS, QMS, SDMS, LAB EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE
Quality folks: Are you someone with Lab Quality, Compliance, Lab Technician, Lab Equipment Handling experience and with immense interest of improving the Lab best practices or you are some one with Software functional and product testing expereince in Life Science software testing experince.
Scince and Subject Matter experts: Science Graduates in Biochem, Pharma, Biotech, Microbiology and other Science and Chemistry domain with strong subject matter experts and practicle hands on experience on various lab techniques.
Compliance experts: If you are aware and practiced 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, MHRA, HIPPA, HL7, CLIA, GMAP, GLP, NABL compliance and conducted audits or faced the audits before.
Project and Program managers: If you belive you are a great people and time manager and customer oriented and customer facing skills to manage the Software and Consulting services project management, Program management with qualified PM certifications and experience.
Consulting and Business Analytst: If you truest you have a right mix of technical, commercial, compliance skills and understand the cutomer challenges and provide the right solutions at right time. You can help customers choose the right Product, adopt the right Process and hire the right People.

Experienced Business Analyst/Business Consultants (2 Positions)

Primary Job Function, Accountability and Scope

Responsible for assisting the Sales Team and Delivery team in translating the customer requirements into software and solutions driven, required documentation preparation, assist in closing a the new business and delivering the projects from Business Analytics and Subject matter prospective.

Products and Solutions experience

3 to 5 years’ industry experience in a laboratory or science-based industry with knowledge of Laboratory Informatics or worked in a software industry as Business Analyst or Subject Matter Experts.

Education Qualification

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, MBA and other relevant disciplines.

Job Location

Hyderabad, India, Full time, 40%+ Travel domestic and International.

Required Skills and Experience

Develop and deliver best of breed solution demonstrations and presentations of LabInformatics products, and Solutions.

Assist with RFIs/RFPs, technical and functional responses.
Strong knowledge in all aspects of the LabInformatics standard products functionality, compliance, integrations, and functionality.
Willingness to learn new technologies and other LabInformatics products and Services in order to support the sales and delivery team.
Understanding of the workflows, compliance, day to day lab challenges in the pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, F&B, environmental, O&G, forensic or similar industries.
Be able to effectively write URS, FRS, Test Cases, User Manuals and other required project documents in most effective, compliant, simplified and required formats for a customer and for the internal usage at Lab-Informatics
Able to support customer in UAT, FAT, Training and troubleshooting of the solutions
Anticipates, identifies and meets internal and external customer needs and requests; negates and Resolves Conflicts; maintains a professional demeanor, even under stressful conditions.
