Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and experienced Studio Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and workflow across all departments. This role requires a professional who can coordinate employees, manage project flow, ensure timely execution, and maintain effective communication between teams, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Graphic Design, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience, excellent proficiency in Adobe InDesign, and previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director. The candidate should be capable of driving creative excellence while ensuring smooth operational coordination throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the daily workflow of all employees across departments.
Assign, prioritize, and follow up on tasks to ensure projects are completed on time.
Coordinate with BDMs to understand client requirements and convert them into actionable creative briefs.
Act as the communication bridge between management, employees, and BDMs.
Review project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution.
Create and review creative concepts, layouts, and visual communication materials.
Design brochures, company profiles, catalogs, presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
Ensure all creative work meets the company's quality and brand standards.
Guide and mentor designers and creative team members to achieve the best results.
Conduct regular follow-ups with employees to ensure productivity and accountability.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, approvals, and client revisions.
Support management in improving operational efficiency and team performance.
Encourage innovation and introduce fresh creative ideas to enhance the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout design, and print production.
Experience in creative project management and workflow coordination.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Team Coordination.
Previous experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or in a similar creative leadership role is mandatory.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and design excellence.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a creative leader who can effectively coordinate the work of all employees while driving creative excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director, possess strong graphic design expertise, and be capable of managing people, projects, and creative operations with confidence, professionalism, and innovation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
