Creative Intern – Build a Real Portfolio, Not Just College Assignments

If you’re a design / marketing student who loves experimenting with Design tools using AI responsibly (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, HeyGen, etc.), this internship lets you ship real work like campaigns that goes live on websites and social media used by global clients – not just dummy classroom projects.

CryoCorp O2 LLP is an export‑focused engineering company supplying machinery and services to oxygen, nitrogen, and acetylene plants in 22+ countries. You will help us tell that story online through content, design, and GenAI.

What you’ll get out of this?

What you’ll learn and build here?

How to use design tools to create images, videos, and content for real campaigns.
How social media, websites, and B2B marketplaces (IndiaMart, LinkedIn, Google My Business, etc.) work together to generate leads for a global business.
Basics of AI based SEO, Google Analytics for growth marketing, and data scraping for target clients.
How to track simple performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, leads) and turn them into next‑step experiments.
How to work like a creative in a small, fast‑moving team, with feedback and direct access to founders. Work with Computer Science and Data Science team who are part of the design marketing portfolio.

What you’ll do (day‑to‑day)?

Design and publish social media creatives, reels, carousels, and short videos using Figma/Canva/Adobe plus GenAI tools.
Create and repurpose content for WhatsApp Channel, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, our website, IndiaMart, and Google My Business.
Use AI tools like Claude, Gemini, PerplexityPro, HeyGen, ElevenLabs (and any others you love) for scripts, captions, visuals, and voiceovers.
Help with basic SEO and research: shortlist target companies, pull contact data, and identify keywords.
Track simple numbers (views, likes, saves, clicks, enquiries) and suggest what we should try next.

This role is for you if you are -

A current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field – or a self‑taught designer/creator with a strong portfolio.
Comfortable with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar.
Already playing with GenAI tools (for research or for fun) and excited to use them for brand work.
Active on social media and curious about how brands use Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc. to get real business.
Living within ~45 minutes of Chembur and okay to come to office 2-3 days a week with your own laptop with access to design and AI tools / software.
