Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with 4+ years of experience who can lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. This role requires ownership, client interaction, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead concept design, presentations, and overall design direction
Develop and oversee layouts, design detailing, and working drawings
Manage projects end-to-end from concept to execution
Guide, mentor, and review work of junior designers and team members
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution on-site
Review material selections, finishes, and specifications
Handle client presentations, feedback, and design iterations
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
Oversee site visits and resolve design-related execution challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in interior design
Must be a graduate in Interior Design or a related field
Strong design sensibility and conceptual thinking
Expertise in design development, detailing, and material selection
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and relevant design/visualization tools
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently
Strong understanding of execution, site coordination, and vendor management
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools in design workflows
Experience across Residential, Commercial, or Hospitality projects
Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is a plus
Knowledge of materials, lighting design, and emerging interior trends
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and finish
