OPERATIONS & ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE

Passionfoot Art Space LLP | Thrippunithura, Kochi

Passionfoot Art Space is a growing art and creative learning centre offering classes in art, dance, music and wellness.

We are looking for a highly organised, responsible and proactive person to manage our day to day centre operations and support sales and admissions.

This is a combined Operations and Sales & Admissions role. Operations will be the primary responsibility, while handling enquiries, follow ups and admissions will also be an important part of the position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily front desk and centre operations
Coordinate classes, schedules, rescheduling and day to day requirements
Coordinate effectively with teachers, students and parents
Maintain student information, attendance and operational records
Use Passionfoot's backend/CRM system and maintain accurate updates
Maintain Excel and Google Sheets records
Handle walk in enquiries and support admissions
Follow up with prospective students through phone and WhatsApp
Explain Passionfoot's programmes and help customers choose suitable classes
Follow up with enquiries and support the conversion of suitable leads into admissions
Ensure important tasks are completed on time and operational issues are followed through
Keep management informed about important updates, issues, customer concerns and operational matters in a timely manner

ART & CREATIVE INTEREST

Genuine interest in art, dance, music or creative education is important for this role
Should have a basic understanding of different creative and performing arts
Should be willing to learn deeply about Passionfoot's programmes
Should be able to confidently communicate programme details to students and parents
Should be comfortable understanding customer interests and recommending suitable creative programmes
Previous experience in an art or creative organisation is an advantage, but NOT mandatory
An art degree is NOT required

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations, administration, centre coordination, front desk operations, academy/institute coordination or similar roles
3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Comfortable using CRM, backend and digital tools
Experience coordinating daily operations and administrative responsibilities
Previous sales, admissions or customer conversion experience preferred
Comfortable handling both operational and sales responsibilities
Strong customer handling and communication skills
English: Mandatory
Malayalam: Mandatory
Must be comfortable working in a creative, people focused environment

COMPENSATION & WORKING HOURS

Fixed salary: ₹20,000/month
Sales incentive: Up to ₹5,000/month for eligible admissions in management identified priority batches
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly off: Sunday
Full time, on site position

IMPORTANT

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in an organised, creative and people focused environment.

The ideal candidate should be strong in operations while also having the confidence and ability to understand, communicate and sell Passionfoot's creative programmes.

A strong interest in art, dance, music or other creative fields is important. Formal education or previous employment in the arts is not required.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical assessment before selection.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
