International Sales & Business Development Executive

If you can start conversations, keep people curious, and hate awkward silences... keep reading.

We're not looking for someone who simply makes phone calls. We're looking for someone who can turn a "Not Interested" into "Tell me more..."If you're the kind of person who enjoys talking to people, asks great questions, listens more than you speak, and can make strangers comfortable within the first 30 seconds, we should probably talk.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the United States.

Qualifying leads by understanding their business, challenges, and current processes.

Keeping conversations engaging—not by reading scripts, but by having meaningful discussions.

Scheduling product demonstrations for our Business Development team.

Maintaining accurate CRM records because "I'll update it later" usually means "I'll forget."

Following up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Building relationships instead of chasing transactions.

Working with the sales team to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.

What We're Looking ForYou are someone who...

✔ Speaks and writes excellent English with confidence and clarity.

✔ Can naturally steer conversations without sounding like a telemarketer.

✔ Knows when to ask questions and when to simply listen.

✔ Understands that curiosity closes more meetings than aggressive selling.

✔ Can think on your feet when conversations don't go according to script.

✔ Is organized enough to keep CRM records updated and accurate.

✔ Loves learning about businesses and identifying opportunities.

✔ Handles rejection professionally without taking it personally.

✔ Believes every "No" is simply data for the next conversation.

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience in B2B SaaS sales.

⭐ Experience selling to healthcare providers or small businesses.

⭐ Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar tools.

⭐ Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.

⭐ A naturally positive personality that customers remember.

Coffee. Calls. Great conversations. Demo booked. CRM updated. More calls. Another demo booked. Celebrate small wins. Repeat.(Yes, there will also be days where voicemail answers more calls than humans. That's part of the game.)
