Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site activities for PEB / structural steel projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, quality control, and adherence to safety standards at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work execution as per drawings
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors
Monitor site progress and report updates regularly
Ensure proper use of materials and resources
Maintain quality and safety standards at site
Handle site measurements, inspections, and documentation
Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of work

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
2–4 years of experience in construction / PEB / structural steel projects
Basic knowledge of drawings and site execution
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in PEB erection and fabrication supervision
Knowledge of safety practices and site protocols
Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
