Job Title: Senior UX/CX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Senior UX/CX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, and Design Systems, with the ability to translate customer insights into innovative digital solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Developers, Content Strategists, and Business Stakeholders to design user-centered experiences that drive customer engagement, improve usability, and support business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser Experience & Customer Experience Design

Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Translate business requirements and customer insights into engaging user experiences.
Develop consistent and scalable design solutions aligned with organizational design standards.

UI Design & Design Systems

Create modern UI components, visual assets, and reusable design patterns.
Maintain and enhance enterprise design systems.
Ensure consistency across digital products through reusable components and design guidelines.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

User Research & Experience Strategy

Analyze user research, analytics, Voice of Customer (VoC), NPS, and usability findings.
Identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvements.
Create personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to support product decisions.
Advocate for customer-centric design throughout the product lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Developers, Content Strategists, and Business Teams.
Facilitate design discussions, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
Gather business requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Accessibility & Usability

Design accessible interfaces following WCAG accessibility standards.
Apply usability principles and best practices to improve digital experiences.
Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development capabilities.
Conduct usability reviews and recommend design improvements.

Leadership & Mentoring

Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior designers and promote UX best practices.
Drive design quality across multiple projects and product teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Explore innovative design approaches to improve customer engagement.
Recommend enhancements based on analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in UX Design, CX Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, or Visual Design.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
Strong experience incorporating user research, Voice of Customer (VoC), analytics, and usability findings into design decisions.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Experience presenting design concepts and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
