Job Summary
Consultant (Microsoft Copilot) will lead the design, implementation, governance, and enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the DePuy environment. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, driving AI-powered transformation initiatives while ensuring security, compliance, and measurable business outcomes. The consultant will be responsible for identifying high-value use cases, architecting Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, integrating AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, and leading enterprise-wide adoption programs. The role also provides technical leadership to project teams and supports the organization\'s digital transformation agenda. Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business objectives. Define AI transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks. Advise senior stakeholders on Microsoft Copilot capabilities and best practices. Solution Architecture & Implementation Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across: Microsoft Teams Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Architect custom Copilot solutions using Copilot Studio. Integrate Copilot with enterprise applications and business workflows. Design AI-driven automation solutions leveraging Power Platform. Copilot Studio & Power Platform Develop custom copilots, plugins, connectors, and conversational experiences. Design integrations with: Dataverse SharePoint Microsoft Graph Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Establish reusable AI solution patterns and governance standards. Governance, Security & Compliance Define enterprise governance models for Copilot deployment. Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson security and regulatory standards. Implement Responsible AI frameworks and data governance controls. Partner with security teams to enforce: DLP policies Information protection Data residency requirements Compliance controls Stakeholder Management & Consulting Act as SME and trusted advisor for business leaders. Lead workshops, assessments, and solution discovery sessions. Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and value reports. Manage customer expectations and drive strategic decision-making. Adoption & Change Management Lead user adoption and enablement programs. Develop training materials and knowledge repositories. Track adoption KPIs and productivity improvements. Drive continuous improvement through feedback and analytics. Delivery Leadership Lead offshore implementation teams. Review technical designs and solution architectures. Ensure delivery quality, risk mitigation, and project governance. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior consultants. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead O365 Administration and Messaging Services operations by managing incident resolution, service requests, and escalations using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
2. Implement advanced process improvements in O365 tenant management, utilizing reporting tools and dashboards to optimize system health, information flow, and operational transparency.
3. Oversee compliance and security configurations in Exchange Online and O365, ensuring adherence to organizational and client security policies.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex messaging and collaboration issues within Microsoft 365 environments.
5. Evaluate and introduce new tools, automation scripts, and best practices for O365 operations, driving innovation and efficiency in messaging service delivery.
6. Ensure effective communication of operational goals, technical updates, and project progress within the team and to relevant stakeholders.
