Role Description
PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE:- A Production In-charge oversees the manufacturing floor to ensure targets are met efficiently. They plan schedules, manage resources, and supervise staff to maintain high quality and safety standards. Their role is critical for optimizing workflows, reducing downtime, and coordinating between departments to deliver products on time.
FITTER:- A fitter is a skilled tradesperson responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems. They interpret technical blueprints to cut, shape, and align metal parts with precision. Their role includes diagnosing equipment faults, performing repairs, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently across industrial sectors.
WELDER:- A welder is a skilled craftsperson who joins metal parts using intense heat and various welding processes. They interpret blueprints, prepare materials, and ensure structural integrity through precise fusion. Their role includes inspecting welds for defects, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict safety standards in construction, manufacturing, and repair.
LATHE OPERATOR:- A lathe operator is a precision machinist who sets up and controls lathes to shape metal or plastic parts. They interpret blueprints, select tools, and adjust machine speeds to perform tasks like turning, facing, and threading. Their role ensures components meet exact specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
CUTTER:- A cutter is a specialist responsible for precisely sizing materials like metal, fabric, or stone. Using manual tools or automated machinery like lasers and plasma cutters, they follow technical patterns or blueprints to ensure accuracy. Their role is vital for minimizing waste and preparing components for assembly or further fabrication.
GRINDER:- A grinder is a skilled operator who uses abrasive wheels and power tools to smooth, shape, or sharpen metal surfaces. They remove excess material, refine welds, and ensure parts meet precise dimensions. Their role is essential for achieving high-quality finishes and preparing components for final assembly or coating.
HELPER:- A helper provides essential support to skilled tradespeople by handling manual tasks, preparing workspaces, and organizing tools. They assist with material transport, equipment maintenance, and basic assembly, ensuring operations run smoothly. Their role is vital for increasing productivity, maintaining site safety, and learning the fundamentals of the trade through hands-on experience.

ITI, DEPLOMA
Both fresher and Experienced can applied ( Preference- 1 - 5 year of Experience )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
