The Plant Head will oversee all operations within the manufacturing facility located in Ludhiana. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in plant management.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. This includes troubleshooting any issues that arise in production.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of supervisors and workers. Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards for the production process. Regularly review output to ensure that products meet company and industry standards.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the plant's budget. Monitor expenditures and make recommendations to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety measures to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for employees.
Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials. Establish strong relationships to negotiate the best deals without compromising quality.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for upper management regarding production metrics, safety incidents, and financial performance.
