Position Title: Continental Chef
Head Chef / Executive Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental cuisine and manage kitchen operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental dishes, food presentation, hygiene standards, and kitchen coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook continental dishes according to restaurant standards.
Develop and suggest new menu items and seasonal specials.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage food inventory and minimize wastage.
Supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate with service staff.
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours

Requirements

Proven experience as a Continental Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or café.
Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, sauces, grilling, pasta, salads, and plating.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Culinary diploma or professional training preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum: 2–5 years of experience as a Continental Chef.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and skills.
