Senior Salesforce Administrator

Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
US Overlap: Candidate must be flexible to provide up to 4 hours overlap with US EST hours

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, security, automation, reporting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and configure Salesforce applications, users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
Implement workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and data management.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day Salesforce operations.
Maintain documentation, processes, and configuration records.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Support ongoing enhancements and Salesforce administration activities.

Required Skills

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Strong knowledge of:
Salesforce Configuration
Security & Access Management
Workflows & Automation
Reports & Dashboards
Data Management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in production support and issue resolution.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Experience:

Salesforce Administration: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: Remote
