### GRE / Supervisor / Front Office / Outlet Manager – Wellness Outlet

**Location:** Delhi
**Workplace:** Wellness & Spa Outlet inside __________________________

## About the Role

We are looking for a **confident, outgoing, well-groomed, and sales-oriented professional** to represent and manage the guest-facing operations of our premium wellness and spa outlet.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys **meeting and engaging with people, initiating conversations, building relationships, and converting guest interactions into revenue**. The position combines **hospitality, guest relations, direct sales, outlet operations, and premium service delivery** within a hotel environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression, actively promoting wellness services, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Guest Engagement & Sales

* Proactively approach and warmly greet guests in the lobby/lounge area.
* Introduce guests to wellness services, express therapies, packages, and promotional offers.
* Convert walk-in and potential guests into paying customers through effective communication and sales skills.
* Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable services based on their preferences, schedule, and available time.
* Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages.
* Maintain a visible, active, and professional presence in the outlet/lobby to maximize guest engagement and conversions.
* Build positive relationships with hotel guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

### 2. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain a strong focus on revenue generation and conversion.
* Support promotional activities and special offers designed to increase outlet footfall and sales.
* Coordinate with other hotel outlets and teams for cross-promotional opportunities.
* Identify potential sales opportunities and convert guest interest into confirmed appointments/services.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, appointments, and sales performance.

### 3. Guest Experience & Brand Representation

* Deliver a **warm, premium, and professional guest experience** at every interaction.
* Serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the wellness outlet.
* Handle basic guest queries and provide accurate information about available services, pricing, packages, and promotions.
* Ensure professional communication and service throughout the guest journey.
* Maintain the outlet's ambience, presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance according to premium service standards.
* Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate person when required.

### 4. Outlet Operations & Team Coordination

* Coordinate with therapists and outlet staff to ensure smooth guest movement and service delivery.
* Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, therapist allocation, and service readiness.
* Monitor the outlet's day-to-day functioning and ensure adherence to established SOPs.
* Ensure services are delivered as per defined quality and brand standards.
* Maintain proper coordination with hotel teams wherever required.
* Ensure compliance with applicable hotel, security, hygiene, and operational requirements.
* Take ownership of the outlet's overall presentation and guest experience.

* Excellent spoken English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
* Strong customer-service orientation and professional etiquette.
* Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality.
* High level of responsibility, discipline, and dependability.
* Strong ownership and accountability for sales, service, and outlet performance.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain **world-class product and service delivery standards**.

* Strong ownership and commitment to maintaining premium service standards.
