Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing social media creatives, festival posts, blog banners, website visuals, digital marketing creatives, and branding materials. The candidate must have a strong eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

The candidate should be capable of understanding brand requirements, developing creative concepts, and delivering high-quality designs across multiple digital platforms while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media & Festival Creatives

· Design engaging social media posts, stories, carousels, reel covers, and festival creatives.

· Maintain visual consistency with each brand's identity, tone, and communication style.

· Create visually appealing creatives suitable for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Branding & Campaign Design

· Develop creative concepts and visual designs for branding and marketing campaigns.

· Create designs for product launches, events, promotional activities, and brand communication.

· Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Blog Banners & Website Visuals

· Design visually appealing blog banners, website graphics, headers, thumbnails, banners, and other digital assets.

· Maintain consistency with the overall visual language and branding of websites.

· Create engaging visuals that enhance website content and user experience.

Image Editing & Retouching

· Perform professional image editing and retouching.

· Handle color correction, background removal, compositing, image manipulation, and image enhancement.

· Ensure high-quality output and attention to detail across all visual assets.

Digital Ads & Marketing Creatives

· Design high-impact creatives for digital advertising and marketing campaigns.

· Create creatives for social media advertisements, lead generation campaigns, promotions, and other marketing requirements.

· Ensure designs communicate messages clearly while supporting campaign and business objectives.

Basic Website Design Support

· Create basic website layouts, web banners, UI visual assets, and landing page sections.

· Support the development of visually engaging website elements.

· Apply basic principles of web design, usability, and responsive layouts while designing digital assets.

AI-Assisted Design & Creative Generation

· Use AI-powered creative tools to generate, enhance, modify, and explore visual concepts.

· Create and experiment with AI-generated images, backgrounds, mockups, and other creative assets.

· Utilize AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and design efficiency.

· Stay updated with emerging AI design tools and creative technologies.

Creative Ideation & Execution

· Understand creative briefs, communication objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.

· Develop fresh, relevant, and innovative creative concepts.

· Convert ideas and concepts into high-quality finished designs.

· Explore multiple creative approaches and visual solutions when required.

Collaboration & Project Management

· Work closely with the creative, marketing, content, and other internal teams.

· Understand project requirements and deliver creatives according to briefs.

· Manage feedback and revisions effectively.

· Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.

· Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

· Good working knowledge of graphic design, image editing, and creative tools.

Website Visuals
Digital Advertisements

· Knowledge and experience with AI-assisted design and creative generation tools will be an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, alignment, grids, and visual hierarchy.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across brand creatives.

· Basic understanding of website design, usability, and responsive design principles.

· Ability to think creatively and develop original design concepts.

· Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
