Full job description

· Assist the Viswa Sales & Marketing Department and the regional sales managers (RSM), who are the single point of contact for inquiries.

· Handle inquiries (internally via the Water App) proactively and professionally.

· The CS Executive will report to the Executive Manager, Water Team.

Key Accountabilities

Strive to increase the inquiry hit rate and keep a record of all inquiries received and the reason for lost inquiries.
Creating a job ID as per the work scope mentioned in the proposal.
Enter remarks—post job completion, which is customer specific (e.g., where there is no PO, supporting e-mail communication) with close coordination with KAM.
Assist Sales in drafting all agreements and quality check with the standard template as per management directive.
Proactive cooperation with Lab & Operations at all levels to build a strong team spirit pulling in the same direction.
Engage actively in finding solutions to customers' challenges and act as a partner in all dealings with customers.
Support maintenance of relationships both internally (sales, operations, lab team, kits team, & BQS surveyors) & externally (trusted partner labs & ship managers/owners).
Assist in arranging business reviews and prepare all analyses in advance, including KPI reporting.
Support sales in meeting goals and targets to fulfill an overall revenue objective.
Support the marketing team with existing clients by being the internal point person.
Work independently as well as collaborate across multiple teams.
Assist Sales so that customer portfolios adhere to all terms, including credit, and that the deal generates optimal return through proactive contract management.
Ensure close collaboration with the Account/Credit team, monitoring and assisting Sales in taking corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

· Diploma and/or bachelor's degree in business administration/petrochemicals/microbiology/chemistry background/marine engineering or a relevant field with experience of 3 years.

· Willingness to work during weekends

· Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve project outcomes

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the highest level of data integrity.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
