The Intelligence Operations Analyst provides real-time monitoring and situational awareness within the Global Intelligence Operations (GIO) - Intelligence Operations Center (IOC), focusing on emerging incidents and security developments that could impact company personnel, assets, operations, or major activities.
Operating under established procedures and escalation protocols, the analyst tracks a range of hazards, including crime, civil unrest, terrorism, environmental threats, and public safety events, to deliver timely situational awareness, initial assessments, and reporting that support operational decision-making during routine and crisis situations.
This role supports senior intelligence professionals by ensuring accurate, current information is available for effective incident management and organizational continuity.
Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct continuous, real-time, all-source monitoring of global security events using open-source intelligence (OSINT), traditional media, and social media platforms to identify incidents and emerging risks with potential company impact

Triage incoming information and alerts, identifying relevant and actionable details affecting employees, facilities, operations, executive travel, or major corporate activities

Provide initial situational awareness and preliminary operational context for security incidents, including natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, criminal activity, active assailant events, and other disruptive threats

Draft and disseminate timely incident notifications, flash alerts, and situational updates in accordance with established ESOC, CSOC, and Corporate Security procedures

Maintain heightened monitoring during elevated threat periods, ensuring consistent information escalation on events impacting employee safety, assets, or operational continuity

Assist senior analysts with information collection, research, and data aggregation in support of incident response, trend tracking, special projects, or deeper analytical products

Accurately capture and maintain incident logs, alerts, and actions taken during shifts in accordance with established documentation standards to support continuity and after action review

Collaborate with ESOC personnel, Corporate Security partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent situational awareness and information sharing

Support rotational shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure uninterrupted 24/7/365 global monitoring coverage

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a security operations center, intelligence, emergency management, international relations, or a related field; relevant academic experience or internships may be considered

Basic familiarity with OSINT sources, social media monitoring, and situational awareness tools

Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office applications)

Demonstrated ability to rapidly review large volumes of information and identify relevant, time-sensitive, and actionable details

Demonstrated solid written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex, fast-moving situations clearly and concisely

Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and detail-oriented in high-tempo or high-stress operational environments

Demonstrated solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously

Ability to work effectively within a rotational, shift-based schedule supporting 24/7 operations
