We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.

Job Purpose:

This role will develop and maintain the communication and staff engagement strategy at the Finance Services Location in Chennai in line with FS global CEE (customer & employee experience) Strategy. The candidate will develop and implement internal culture & communication plans and activities to positively and accurately represent company's operations, merits and image to the organization in line with business needs, Group guidelines and policies. The primary responsibility will be to lead the FS Communication Set up in Smart Connect for the Chennai Location as well as leading Change Management and employee engagement initiatives. The candidate will further be preparing any internal communications & Town Halls for Senior Management

Your tasks:

Development and communication of yearly Finance Services Chennai Employee engagement roadmap
Organization and facilitation of FS specific trainings & network events (WS on unconscious bias, DEIB, Compliance Awarenes, other)
Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) FS Chennai Champion
Great Place To Work (GPTW) FS Chennai Champion
Finance Services Awards Champion
Comms Set-Up Smart-Connect
Comms Maintenance Smart-Connect + MS TEAMS
FS Town Hall and MTM (Moments that Matter) Preparation
Develop and execute internal culture & communications plans for the Chennai location in line with global FS Strategy
Streamline / Standardize & facilitate the onboarding experience for all Chennai based employees
Design and implement corporate campaigns and local events in the organization (e.g. DEIB week, GVD, EAW)
Execute communication plans to achieve maximum exposure and awareness of key messages related to organization's policies, programs and management goals
Execute customer satisfaction surveys and support the preparation of management meetings (e.g. SPRs) as per set standards and timelines
Responsible to the creation of content for and achieve timely distribution of material for internal communication regarding the Chennai Location such as newsletters, brochures, handbooks, presentations etc
Development and maintenance of effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Develop standard FS branded items in local market to strengthen corporate ID
Develop solutions that reflect best practices and work across multiple business areas/ geographies
Conducting negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
Resolution of escalations from management
Serving as the escalation point for employees with any CM topics concerning the workforce
Support projects, management team and employees in local change processes
Support local management as interface to local HR department

Your profile:

Advanced MS Powerpoint skills

Education Level

Master’s degree Communication, Marketing or Public Relations

Experience Level

More than 5years of senior experience in similar role as a SPOC for Communication & Engagement topics
