We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-centric HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our people operations, managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience to welcome and integrate new hires into the company culture.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and career development.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and fairness.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition schemes).

3. Performance Management & Training

Facilitate the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring constructive feedback loops.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for staff.
Coach managers on best practices for leadership, team management, and conflict resolution.

4. Compliance & HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee records (HRIS).
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, leaves of absence (FMLA, PTO, parental leave), and workers' compensation.
Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of company policies and the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience working in an HR role (Generalist experience preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance practices, and HR best practices.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, communication skills (written and verbal), and conflict-resolution abilities.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
