Full job description

Talent Square is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Artist Manager to lead our Artist Management division. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the entertainment industry and extensive experience in managing celebrities, artists, influencers, performers, and talent agencies.

This role requires an individual who can independently handle artist acquisitions, commercial negotiations, client servicing, team management, and successful execution of entertainment projects for weddings, corporate events, luxury celebrations, concerts, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Artist Management team while mentoring junior team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, artist managers, talent agencies, influencers, performers, and entertainment partners.
Source, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of artists and entertainers.
Maintain and regularly update the Artist Database (Artist Table), including artist profiles, commercials, availability, technical riders, and contact details.
Negotiate artist fees, contracts, commercial terms, exclusivity agreements, and performance requirements.
Prepare artist quotations, budgets, cost sheets, and commercial proposals for clients.
Recommend suitable artists and entertainment acts based on event concepts, budgets, and client expectations.
Handle end-to-end artist bookings, including contracts, travel, accommodation, hospitality, technical requirements, and backstage coordination.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with artist management companies, promoters, production houses, and industry stakeholders.
Work closely with the Sales, Creative, Production, and Event Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Conduct client meetings, understand entertainment requirements, and provide customized artist solutions.
Monitor entertainment budgets and maximize profitability through strategic negotiations.
Handle artist escalations, last-minute changes, cancellations, and crisis situations with professionalism.
Ensure timely execution of agreements, invoices, payment schedules, and artist documentation.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through artist bookings and strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on entertainment industry trends, celebrity movements, artist availability, and market pricing.
Prepare post-event reports, artist feedback, and performance evaluations.
Maintain complete confidentiality of artist contracts, commercial discussions, and client information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Artist Management, Celebrity Management, Entertainment, Business Development, or Event Management.
Strong network with celebrity managers, artists, influencers, entertainment agencies, and production houses.
Proven experience in handling high-value artist bookings and commercial negotiations.
Strong knowledge of artist contracts, commercial terms, hospitality, logistics, and event execution.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, CRM software, and artist management tools.
Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, decision-making, crisis management, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Preferred Candidate

Prior experience in luxury weddings, corporate events, celebrity management, artist agencies, or premium entertainment companies will be highly preferred.
Candidates with an established network in the entertainment industry will have an added advantage.
Candidates residing in or willing to work in South Delhi will be preferred.

Interview Process

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
