Full job description

Job Objective -

Seeking a Graphic Designer who can not only interpret business requirements but also set new benchmarks in creativity as we continue to scale. Who is not afraid of trying something new.
This role is responsible for executing design concepts and brand guidelines across creative projects, ensuring high-quality output for both offline and online branding for our Exclusive Branded Outlet, Doctor Marketing, and D2C channels.

Job Description:

Design finished artworks for a diverse range of branding, marketing, and communication materials including but not limited to packaging, brochures, POS display materials, visual merchandising, event collaterals, presentations, digital creatives, etc.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to translate campaign objectives and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute static and video creative outputs for social media campaigns, ensuring high engagement and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the creation of corporate collaterals such as presentations, company decks, and brochures.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance and revising creative assets to improve results based on feedback and analytics.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest design and marketing techniques to ensure BOHECO's branding remains dynamic, competitive, and relevant.
Maintain consistent brand communication and visual quality across all platforms, in coordination with the Design Head
Give and receive constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment within the team.
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Leverage expert knowledge in consumer psychology to craft visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audience segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate consumer behavior insights into design solutions that effectively communicate brand values and product benefits.
You will work in the Business Development & Marketing function. In this function, you will work under the Design Head as your supervisor.

Education:

Required: BSc/BA in Advertising, Fine Art, Design, Visual Communication, or a relevant field. Preferred: Masters.
Experience: 3-5 years of design experience with a strong portfolio emphasizing graphic design, visual communication, and branding.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of design principles, copywriting, web practices, marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Skills:

Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), CorelDraw, AI Tools, and familiarity with other relevant design and video editing tools.
Project Management: Strong time management and project coordination skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Excellent ability to give and receive constructive criticism, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
Integrated Marketing: Experienced in creating content that spans all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, and traditional print mediums.
Creative Leadership: Hands-on experience leading the creative process within marketing and graphic design projects, with a focus on brand development and maintaining brand integrity across all platforms.
Visual Storytelling: Strong visual storytelling skills, with a basic understanding of performance marketing concepts and how design influences campaign performance.
Attitude: Attention to detail and a caring, collaborative personality is a non-negotiable.
Good to Have: Basic hands-on understanding of photography and videography, including framing, lighting, composition, and camera fundamentals. While this role is primarily focused on graphic design, the ability to support shoots and understand visual production is expected
