Job Description:

1) Job Purpose:

The Lead – Admin – Gold Loan Business is responsible for overseeing branch-level administrative operations across zonal networks, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, infrastructure readiness, and cost control. The role manages contract staff, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures operational continuity to support business growth and governance.

Branch Operations

Supervise administrative activities across multiple zonal branches.

Facility Management

Ensure preventive maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination.

Branch Expansion

Lead infrastructure development, site readiness, and project execution

Compliance

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal audit standards.

Financial Control

Manage administrative budgets, vendor payments, and expense tracking

Team Management

Supervise contract staff and ensure productivity.

Job Context:

Gold Loans are a high-volume, sensitive product requiring strong operational governance. The Lead – Admin role ensures seamless branch operations, infrastructure readiness, and compliance while balancing cost efficiency and service quality.

Managing large-scale branch networks with diverse operational needs.
Ensuring timely completion of infrastructure projects without disrupting business.
Maintaining compliance with state and central statutory requirements.
Driving cost control while ensuring service quality.
