Job Summary

Porch Group is looking for an experienced, customer-centered Senior Product Manager to join our Warranty team. This role will own one primary product area based on business need and the candidate’s experience. One product mission focuses on customer acquisition and customer management; the other focuses on policy, claims, and payments management. In this role, you will define product strategy, translate business needs into a clear roadmap, and lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling products, leading through influence, and using customer insights and data to make strong product decisions. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, partnerships, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
Product Ownership Areas

Customer Acquisition & Management: Own the roadmap and delivery for the systems and capabilities that support customer acquisition, partner and marketing programs, CRM workflows, customer engagement, retention, and re-engagement. This product area will manage and improve metrics such as acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Policy, Claims & Payments Management: Own the roadmap and delivery for the systems and workflows that support policy administration, claims operations, payment processing, accounting requirements, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance. This product area will manage and improve metrics such as revenue, margin, claims throughput, operational accuracy, and SOX compliance.
What You Will Do As A Senior Product Manager

Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and roadmap aligned to business goals.

Translate customer, partner, operational, compliance, and business needs into prioritized product requirements and executable initiatives.

Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery in partnership with engineering, operations, finance, marketing, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams.

Drive end-to-end execution from ideation through launch, including requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, testing, rollout planning, adoption, and performance measurement.

Use data, customer research, user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve product performance.

Manage relationships with key third-party platform vendors, software partners, and integration partners to expand and optimize product capabilities.

Develop solutions that support go-to-market strategies, partner enablement, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement.

Build a culture of customer centricity, design thinking, experimentation, and measurable learning across the product development lifecycle.

Operate autonomously while keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, tradeoffs, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Evangelize the product vision across the organization and influence cross-functional teams toward a shared execution plan.

What You Will Bring As A Senior Product Manager

8+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in policy management, claims, payments, CRM platforms, or similarly complex operational systems.

Proven track record of delivering products at scale and driving measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, or ROI improvement.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data, customer insights, and product performance metrics to inform decisions and prioritize work.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, set expectations, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build stakeholder alignment, and partner effectively across product, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and business teams.

Results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and make sound tradeoffs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with products in home insurance, home warranty, subscription, or regulated operational environments is highly preferred.

Familiarity with accounting concepts such as revenue recognition and SOX compliance is preferred.

Experience with policy administration, marketing technology, and/or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.

Experience building new products, capabilities, or business lines from 0 to 1 is preferred.

Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences

Pay Range*: ₹40,50,000 – ₹56,70,000 INR Annually
