Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Program Manager – Change & Transformation to lead the end-to-end migration of global enterprise operations from legacy systems to a modernized platform.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and human capital, this role goes beyond technical deployment. You will act as a transformation consultant, partnering with global executive sponsors, IT leadership, and operational heads to redesign target operating models, manage organizational change, and ensure seamless platform adoption.
Responsibilities
Change Management & Business Transformation
Change Strategy & Adoption: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Lead change impact assessments, readiness surveys, and cultural alignment initiatives across global teams.
Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Partner with global operations leaders to re-engineer business processes. Map "As-Is" versus "To-Be" workflows, ensuring the new platform's capabilities are fully optimized rather than simply replicating legacy processes.
Communication & Training: Design and oversee the execution of targeted communication plans and global training programs, ensuring diverse audiences (operations, legal, IT, and external clients) are prepared for go-live.
Global Program Leadership & Governance
Executive Governance: Establish robust PMO frameworks, steering committee cadences, and stage-gate approvals. Present executive dashboards, risk profiles, and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central orchestrator across geographically dispersed tracks, including Data Migration/ETL, Information Security, Legal/Compliance, and global Business Operations.
Risk Management & Value Realization
Strategic Risk Mitigation: Anticipate enterprise-level risks (e.g., regulatory compliance, data security, operational downtime) and architect contingency plans. Navigate complex escalations with tact and authority.
Value Realization: Define and track post-migration success metrics (KPIs) to ensure the business achieves the intended ROI, efficiency gains, and process standardization post-transition.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Enterprise Transformation, or Management Consulting (Big 4 or equivalent GCC consulting experience highly preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale SaaS/enterprise system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, or - - Enterprise Real Estate systems) across global delivery centers.
- Extensive background in organizational change management (OCM) and business process re-engineering.
Technical & Transformational Skills
- Mastery of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR model).
- Strong understanding of data migration strategies, enterprise architecture dependencies, and system integration life cycles.
- Advanced capability in process mapping, capability assessments, and operational design.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Core Competencies
Executive Presence: Ability to command a room, influence senior global stakeholders without direct authority, and navigate organizational politics effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Capable of zooming out to the strategic business vision while ensuring the granular technical delivery stays on track.
Global Mindset: Deep experience managing the nuances of an onshore/offshore delivery model, resolving cultural or time-zone friction, and building cohesive global teams.
Conflict Resolution: Exceptional ability to mediate competing priorities across IT (focusing on system constraints) and Operations (focusing on business continuity).
Preferred Qualifications
PROSCI or equivalent Change Management Certification.
Active PMP, PgMP , or SAFe Agilist certification.
