JOB DESCRIPTION – CENTRE EXECUTIVE

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our growing Travel and Corporate Event Company. The role involves

- managing social media account

- doing initial research as in requirement

- calling to B2B and B2C customers for appointment bookings and resolving queries

* Explain service, packages offers, promotions, and appointment availability

* Maintain professional conversation standards and follow call scripts

* Update CRM with accurate call disposition and remarks

* Handle customer queries and escalate concerns when required

* Achieve daily call targets, connect ratios, and appointment conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-calling / BPO/in house operations( Freshers may also apply)

* Strong communication skills in English/Bengali/ and Hindi

* Advanced computer knowledge and pro in social media handling

* Good listening skills and customer handling ability

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
