Gymnastics Teacher

Job Overview

The Blox Preschool is looking for a passionate and energetic Gymnastics Teacher to train and guide students in gymnastics techniques, physical fitness, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The ideal candidate should create a safe, motivating, and disciplined learning environment that encourages students to build confidence and athletic skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct gymnastics classes for students of different age groups.
Teach basic to advanced gymnastics techniques in a safe and effective manner.
Plan warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and skill-development sessions.
Ensure student safety during practice sessions and performances.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for competitions, performances, and school events when required.
Maintain discipline while encouraging teamwork and confidence among students.
Inspect and maintain gymnastics equipment and training area safety.
Coordinate with parents and school management regarding student development when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in gymnastics coaching, sports training, or physical education preferred.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to work patiently with children and young students.
Knowledge of safety practices and injury prevention.
Energetic, disciplined, and physically fit personality.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in schools, sports academies, or fitness centers is an advantage.
First Aid or CPR certification is a plus.
