About the Role

Knowledge Thrive Academy is looking for a passionate Software Development Trainer who can train and mentor students in programming, web development, and software development technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build real-world projects to enhance their employability.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on software development concepts and programming languages.
Teach technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, SQL, and related tools.
Design and update course materials, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
Guide students in developing live projects and portfolios.
Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
Provide career guidance and placement support to students.
Track student progress and maintain training reports.
Stay updated with the latest software development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in software development, training, or mentoring.
Strong knowledge of programming languages and web development frameworks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Experience with real-world software projects is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Full Stack Development.
Experience with Git, GitHub, APIs, and Cloud Platforms.
Prior teaching or training experience.
Industry certifications are an added advantage.
