Full job description

Field Sales Executive – Real Estate, Co-working & Hospitality

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

Experience: 2–5 years in field sales or project lead generation (interior, furniture, real estate, or related domains preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and map new and upcoming residential, commercial, co-living, co-working, and hospitality projects in assigned territory.
Visit architect offices, construction sites, builder/developer offices, and hospitality businesses to gather project intel.
Establish first-level contact with decision-makers – builders, project managers, procurement heads, architects, and interior designers.
Maintain and update a database of ongoing and upcoming projects with contact details and key timelines.
Pitch interior and furniture design solutions tailored for B2B clients.
Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales/design heads with potential leads.
Share daily/weekly reports of site visits, lead status, and competitive insights.
Attend exhibitions, trade events, and local industry meets to generate leads.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Basic understanding of architecture, interior fit-outs, or construction projects is a plus.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
Working knowledge of Excel or CRM tools for data entry.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives.
Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement provided.
