Role description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement network solutions to support business needs.
Deploy new sites using Aruba SD-WAN, Cisco networking, and wireless technologies.
Plan and execute site migrations to Aruba SD-WAN while ensuring minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with NOC and Solution Engineering teams for smooth operations and deployment readiness.
Integrate and support new technologies within the enterprise network environment.
Identify network risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Test and validate network hardware, software, and security updates before deployment.
Maintain network configuration standards and ensure compliance with security policies.
Support disaster recovery activities, audits, and security reviews.
Participate in global technical discussions and share best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years of experience in Network Engineering or related IT roles.
Mandatory hands-on experience with:
- Aruba Networking (Wireless and SD-WAN)
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- SD-WAN Deployment and Administration
- Wireless Networking
- Firewalls
- F5 Load Balancers
- Cloud Networking
- Zabbix
- Zscaler
Proven experience in deploying new branch/remote sites using Aruba SD-WAN and Cisco technologies.
Experience in migrating existing sites to Aruba SD-WAN environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, design, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
