Resort Night Executive

We are currently seeking a dedicated, responsible, and guest-focused Resort Night Executive to oversee resort operations during night hours and ensure seamless guest service, property security, and operational efficiency.

Job Summary

The Resort Night Executive will be responsible for the overall night operations of the resort, ensuring complete property custody, guest satisfaction, operational coordination, safety, and accurate night audit procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills with prior experience in hospitality operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Hospitality

Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth guest handling during night operations.
Attend to guest requests, complaints, emergencies, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
Ensure all arrivals, departures, and late check-ins/check-outs are handled efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Property Custody & Security

Take complete responsibility for the overall custody and safety of the resort during night hours.
Conduct routine property rounds to ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, safety, and security.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and security teams for any night operational requirements.
Monitor resort premises to ensure guest safety and adherence to operational standards.

Night Audit & Financial Responsibilities

Perform night audit procedures and ensure accurate daily closure of financial transactions.
Verify guest folios, room postings, bills, settlements, and revenue reports.
Coordinate with Front Office and Accounts teams to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Ensure proper shift handover reports are maintained.

Operational Coordination

Ensure all departments function efficiently during night operations.
Handle unforeseen operational challenges and emergency situations professionally.
Maintain daily reports, incident logs, and shift summaries.
Ensure compliance with resort SOPs, policies, and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Duty Manager, Night Audit, or Resort Operations.
Prior experience in night audit and resort operations preferred.
Strong guest handling and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of PMS systems, billing, and night audit procedures.
Ability to independently manage complete resort operations during night shifts.
Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
