Job Description

Position: Office Boy
Location: Construction Site
Reporting To: Site Manager / Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Office Boy is responsible for providing administrative and housekeeping support at the construction site office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with daily office tasks, handling documents, serving refreshments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the site office, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Deliver and collect documents, letters, and materials within the site and office premises.
Maintain office supplies and inform the administration team about stock requirements.
Support site administration in organizing files and records.
Assist visitors and guide them to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure proper arrangement of furniture, meeting rooms, and office equipment.
Handle minor errands as assigned by the Site Manager or Administration Department.
Assist in loading/unloading small office materials and stationery when required.
Follow all site safety regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi and English.
Previous experience as an Office Boy, Helper, or Housekeeping Staff will be preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform routine office support tasks.

Working Conditions

Work at construction site offices and project locations.
May be required to travel within the site premises for document handling and office support.
Adherence to site safety and security guidelines is mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
