Job Description

We are looking for a Mortgage Closing Analyst with a passion for the mortgage industry to develop and manage client relations the Altisource umbrella. This is a great time to join the team and be a part of a growing and stable organization.

Maintain a working knowledge of US Mortgage closing procedures, federal and state lending laws
Interpret state rules, statute laws, federal regulations & investor guidelines
Review mortgage loan documents (closing and disclosures)
Audit the file from a closing & compliance standpoint on a daily basis and note any exceptions. Assess risk and review for Frauds and Red Flags
Effectively communicate with US based Underwriters/Clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Required Skills
Must have excellent written communication skills (with accurate grammar and punctuation)
Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquettes
Must have excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English and neutral accent
Must have good analytical and cognitive skills
Must have an eye for attention to detail.
