Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Record to Report Record to Report is an important service line within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) advisory practice at Genpact. It gives to a significant part of Genpacts growth and is a priority for the Company. We need strong subject matter specialists to improve our current Record to Report (R2 R) offerings and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP). We are looking for resources who have strong Record to Report (R2 R) skills that provides current and prospective clients with leading industry standard methodologies in R2 R solutions to improve their current processes crafting right fit solutions to continue as a leader among service providers and actively drive growth of advisory practice. This position offers a high level of visibility with Senior Client Finance Stakeholders and requires good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. This role requires a passionate individual who can gain a big picture view of a companys Record to Report processes and make contributions in the areas of General Accounting/Reconciliations/Fixed Assets/Intercompany/Month close and Consolidations /Statutory Reporting/ Tax/ Treasury related processes by providing transformation ideas in these areas Responsibilities: - Partner with CF Os Controllers and senior leadership to identify business challenges perform diagnostics and shape solution offerings - Lead and deliver R2 R transformation engagements and drive discussions with clients as a Subject Matter Expert - Partner with Sales team to generate revenue for process advisory - Collaborate with senior management in formulating strategies for new revenue streams - Drive transformation initiatives advisory proposals and digital finance programs - Facilitate solution identification and design workshops with client stakeholders - Develop and institutionalize standard methodologies frameworks benchmarks and case studies to strengthen R2 R offerings - Design end-to-end R2 R operating models to improve performance metrics and drive cost efficiency - Conduct process assessments and benchmarking studies to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities - Drive margin improvement and value creation initiatives by identifying quick wins scaling best practices and accelerating implementation
