About RiffSharp

RiffSharp is building AI-assisted systematic trading intelligence and advisor-facing workflow infrastructure for investment teams. Our platform combines market data, deterministic quality gates, LLM-assisted intelligence, integration workflows, and audit-ready systems to help investment professionals deliver better client and advisor experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product & Integration Engineer to own the advisor-facing product surface across Morning Edge and Client OS. This includes daily intelligence generation, CRM adapters, Outlook/Gmail plugins, personalization workflows, hosted brief delivery, and monthly client deck generation.

This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can ship real user-facing software while integrating with APIs, LLM pipelines, CRM systems, email tools, and durable backend workflows.

What You’ll Own

- Morning Edge content generation pipeline using Polygon, Unusual Whales, ORTEX, Benzinga, FRED, structured inputs, LLM orchestration, source tracing, and daily delivery.

- Premium Morning Edge workflow including style presets, section toggles, RIA branding, edit workflow, distribution lists, hosted web delivery, email notifications, and engagement tracking.

- Client OS integrations including Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce adapters, Outlook/Gmail plugin, entity detection, sector briefs, Crystal Knows DISC profiles, and client profile schema.

- Meeting intelligence, monthly client deck generation, personality-tuned speaking notes, interest-signal capture, and advisor workflow quality.

What We’re Looking For

- Five-plus years shipping production software products to real users.

- Strong API integration experience across REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, rate limiting, retries, and multi-vendor data normalization.

- LLM orchestration experience using models as production pipeline components with prompts, structured outputs, and reliable content controls.

- Full-stack web ability across plugin UI, hosted briefs, edit workflows, deck generation, Office.js or Gmail add-ons, and durable database design.

- Ability to turn ambiguous product workflows into practical, maintainable software.

Useful Experience

- Python or TypeScript backend development

- React or modern frontend development

- REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook integrations

- CRM integrations such as Redtail, Wealthbox, or Salesforce

- Outlook add-ins, Office.js, Gmail add-ons, or email workflow tools

- LLM orchestration and structured AI outputs

- Content generation pipelines

- Database design for user-facing workflows

- PDF, slide, or deck generation

- Email delivery and engagement tracking

- Financial services, wealth management, or advisor workflow software

What We Don’t Expect

This role does not require ML model training with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

This role does not require quantitative finance, alpha generation, PhD research background, or ownership of the trading signals.

Working Style

You should be comfortable with clear written communication, product-minded engineering, small well-scoped pull requests, API-heavy integration work, and building workflows that are reliable enough for professional users.
