Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President lead Architect/Tech lead We are looking for an experienced lead Architect to define and drive the architecture of Contact Centre platforms and Agentic AI-based applications. The role is responsible for designing scalable secure and resilient solutions leveraging Amazon Connect cloud-native services and Agentic AI frameworks while aligning technology decisions with business objectives and enterprise standards. The lead Architect will provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams guiding solution design from concept through production and ensuring architectural consistency across programs. Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end solution architecture for Contact Centre and Agentic AI programs - Design scalable architectures leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services - Define reference architectures patterns and reusable components - Ensure solutions meet performance reliability scalability and security requirements - Provide architectural guidance from concept through production and optimization - ead architecture for Amazon Connect-based contact centre solutions including: - Voice chat and digital channels - IVR call flows routing strategies queues and SL As - Integrations with CRM ticketing analytics WFM and recording systems - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery designs - Guide modern C Caa S migration and transformation strategies - Define architecture for Agentic AI systems including: - Conversational AI / virtual agents - Autonomous task execution and orchestration - AI-assisted decision-making and intelligent routing - Collaborate with data science and ML teams on model integration and lifecycle - Define AI guardrails observability monitoring and fallback strategies - Ensure compliance with responsible AI governance privacy and regulatory standards - Act as the technical authority for architecture decisions across programs - Review and approve solution designs technical specifications and implementations - Mentor architects and senior engineers across teams - Partner with Product Business Security and Infrastructure teams - Participate in architecture review boards and technology roadmap planning - Embed security-by-design and privacy controls across all solutions - Ensure compliance with enterprise security data protection and regulatory frameworks - Define NF Rs including latency throughput resilience and observability - Advocate Dev Sec Ops and cloud best practices - Job
