Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established resort standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces including bathrooms.
Ensure rooms are properly stocked with guest amenities and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
Handle guest belongings and lost & found items as per resort policy.
Respond politely and promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Assist with cleaning corridors, service areas, and public spaces when required.
