Position Summary
Drytis is seeking a Content Creation Manager (International) to recruit, manage, and develop a network of international content creators supporting the Drytis Content Creator Program. This is a contractor-based role focused on content operations, creator performance, campaign coordination, and conversion-driven execution.
This role is currently remote and based in Jaipur, India. The contractor may be required in the future to work from a Drytis office in Jaipur, depending on business needs.

Role Overview
The Content Creation Manager (International) is responsible for building and supervising an assigned network of Content Creation Engineers (CCEs), helping drive creator output, content quality, brand alignment, and referral conversion performance. The role also includes collaborating with Drytis's brand and content team, supporting campaign execution, and producing original Drytis content when requested or approved.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, onboard, and help develop international Content Creation Engineers for the Drytis Content Creator Program
- Manage a designated group of assigned international CCEs
- Guide content strategy, publishing consistency, and Quest selection across the assigned CCE team
- Collaborate with Drytis's brand and content team to plan, coordinate, and support campaign execution
- Create original content for Drytis, when requested or approved by Drytis
- Review, supervise, or coordinate review of Quest content briefs and outputs before or after publication, as required
- Run regular performance check-ins with assigned CCEs
- Help CCEs improve content quality, conversion performance, and brand alignment
- Act as the first line of support for tracking discrepancies and payout questions from assigned CCEs
- Identify underperforming CCEs and recommend improvement plans, reassignment, or replacement
- Ensure all work aligns with Quest briefs, content standards, messaging requirements, and approved brand assets
Quest-Based Operating Model
Work is organized around approved Quests. Each Quest may include:
- A content brief with deliverable requirements, approved messaging, and brand assets
- A unique referral link assigned to the applicable creator
- Compensation terms tied to approved Quest activity
The manager will be expected to operate effectively in both structured and launch-phase environments, including situations where tracking, Quest management, and payout workflows are handled manually through tools such as spreadsheets, Airtable, or Notion.

- Recruit and onboard creators
- Manage creator performance and publishing consistency
- Support campaign execution with Drytis's brand/content team
- Review content quality and brand alignment
- Resolve creator tracking and payout questions
- Help improve creator conversion outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS, AI, developer tools, or creator affiliate programs
- Experience managing performance-based creator programs or referral campaigns
- Familiarity with FTC-style sponsored content disclosure practices and platform compliance requirements
- Experience using Notion, Airtable, spreadsheets, or similar systems to coordinate content workflows and reporting
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will generally be measured by:
- Growth and quality of the assigned CCE network
- Consistency and volume of approved content output
- Improvement in creator quality, compliance, and conversion performance
- Timely handling of creator support, tracking issues, and payout escalations
- Adherence to Drytis brand standards, confidentiality obligations, and program requirements
Compensation Structure
This role is performance-based and governed by the Drytis contractor program terms. Compensation includes:
- Override payout of USD $2.00 per Activated User generated by creators within the manager's assigned CCE network
- Weekly payout calculations, subject to validation windows and finance verification
- Minimum payout threshold of USD $50 per payment cycle
- Eligibility for a non-recoverable draw of USD $500 per month when benchmark requirements are satisfied
Draw eligibility benchmarks:
- 25 or more active CCEs managed
- 250 or more approved content pieces per month
No minimum earnings are guaranteed except where expressly provided under the draw terms.
Compliance and Working Conditions
- This is an independent contractor role, not an employment position
- The contractor is responsible for their own equipment, workspace, internet access, taxes, and business expenses
- The contractor must comply with applicable laws, platform terms, disclosure requirements, and Drytis content policies
- The contractor may not co-promote competing AI coding platforms with Drytis referral content without prior approval
The contractor must protect confidential information and may not interfere with Drytis personnel or commercial relationships
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
