About Eternal Group
Eternal Group is a fast-growing real estate investment and consultation firm specializing in Dholera Smart City projects. We help clients make smart, secure, and profitable real estate decisions with complete transparency and trust. Our culture is built on credibility, warmth, and long-term relationships—with both clients and employees.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Firm Believer – an HR leader who genuinely believes that ethical real estate can change lives. You will be the Culture Guardian of Eternal Group, responsible for hiring people who reflect our values, nurturing them to perform at their best, and protecting our reputation by ensuring every team member acts with integrity.
This is not a traditional HR role. You will not just process payroll and manage leaves. You will shape who joins, who stays, and how we grow together.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Hiring the Right People)
· Design and post job descriptions for sales, operations, legal, and support roles.
· Conduct behavioral interviews to spot integrity, empathy, and resilience—not just skills.
· Run reference checks that go beyond "Would you hire them again?" to "How do they handle pressure or failure?"
· Manage a 90-day probation period with clear feedback loops to confirm fit.
2. Culture Building & Employee Experience
· Onboard every new hire with a welcome call, culture deck, and introduction to the CEO.
· Organize monthly "Culture Check-Ins" (anonymous surveys or small group chats) to measure morale.
· Plan team events, recognition programs (e.g., "Client Trust Champion of the Month"), and mental health breaks.
· Ensure the company's mission is lived daily—not just framed on a wall.
3. Performance Management
· Work with department heads to set clear KPIs for sales, operations, and support teams.
· Conduct quarterly performance reviews focused on growth, not punishment.
· Handle underperformance with a clear Improvement Plan (PIP) before any termination.
· Celebrate wins publicly—send a company-wide WhatsApp message when someone gets a client testimonial.
4. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
· Act as the neutral mediator for any dispute between team members or between an employee and a client.
· Investigate complaints with confidentiality and speed (target resolution: within 72 hours).
· Conduct exit interviews that uncover real reasons for leaving, and present summary reports to the CEO quarterly.
5. Compliance & Operations
· Ensure all employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents are legally sound and audit-ready.
· Manage payroll, leave tracking, and reimbursement processes accurately and on time.
· Stay updated on Indian labour laws (especially for real estate and small companies).
Required Personality & Traits
We are not looking for a traditional HR administrator. We need someone who embodies:
High Integrity & Neutrality
You will handle salaries, disputes, and sensitive feedback. Leaks or bias will destroy trust instantly.
People-First Empathy
Real estate sales is high-pressure. You must notice burnout before it causes mistakes or resignations.
Sharp Judgement of Character
A charming liar can destroy client trust in one call. You must spot red flags during interviews.
Process-Driven & Detail-Obsessed
Mistakes in hiring, payroll, or compliance cost money and reputation. You double-check everything.
Calm Under Conflict
Disputes will happen. You de-escalate, listen to both sides, and make fair decisions without drama.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. MBA or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP) preferred.
Experience
5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or generalist position. Real estate or high-sales environment experience is a strong plus.
Communication
Fluent in English and Hindi (Gujarati or Marathi is a plus). Excellent written and verbal skills.
Tech Proficiency
Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, and at least one HR platform (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Quality of Hire: 80% of new hires pass 90-day probation with positive manager feedback.
· Employee Retention: Annual voluntary turnover below 15% (excluding underperformance exits).
· Time to Resolve Conflict: Employee or client complaints closed within 72 hours on average.
· Culture Score: Quarterly anonymous survey scores above 4/5 on "I feel valued" and "I trust leadership."
· Compliance Accuracy: Zero payroll errors or legal compliance issues per audit.
What We Offer
· Competitive salary based on experience
· Opportunity to build a culture from the ground up at a growing company
· Direct access to the CEO and board for culture strategy
· Flexible work environment with travel to project sites (Dholera/Indore)
· A role where your work genuinely impacts people's livelihoods and client trust
