Junior Accounts Admin – Chandigarh | Gilco Global Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Chandigarh (In-person)
Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Admin to join our Chandigarh team. The role supports financial planning, accounting, compliance, and coordination across project and logistics functions for Gilco Global’s infrastructure and mobility projects.

This role is well suited for candidates who enjoy structured accounting work, documentation discipline, and long-term operational support within a growing engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

Assist in GST & TDS filings
Ledger maintenance
Payroll support
Invoice preparation

Vendor Coordination

Validate and process vendor bills
Track advances
Coordinate vendor payments

Project Support

Maintain project cost sheets
Assist in MIS reporting
Reconcile project budgets

Billing & Receivables

Prepare milestone invoices
Follow up on collections

Inventory & Logistics

Support stock reconciliation
Assist in compliance tracking

General Administration

Liaise with Sales and Operations teams for payment follow-ups and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools (FieldCircle preferred)
Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
Good English communication for financial documentation and coordination
Candidates open to relocating to Chandigarh for a stable, in-office role are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand) + statutory benefits
Health insurance provided
Full-time, in-office role (Monday–Saturday)
