ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Artist is responsible for translating creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across digital and print platforms. Operating within Ekologie Forte's Content Generation Team, this role is pivotal in ensuring brand integrity, regulatory compliance of packaging artwork, and timely delivery of visual content that supports domestic FMCG and international export markets for organic and natural products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and Layout Production
- Create and execute high-quality layouts and designs aligned with Ekologie Forte's brand aesthetic and visual identity guidelines.
- Adapt designs for digital and print formats, ensuring consistent presentation and brand fidelity across all platforms.
2. Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance
- Maintain brand standards across all content, including color accuracy (CMYK/Pantone), typography, layout structure, and imagery.
- Review and refine design files for quality and accuracy prior to finalisation and handover for production or publication.
3. Digital and Print Content Adaptation
- Adapt core design elements for social media posts, website banners, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials across multiple formats and sizes.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless content adaptation across channels while maintaining consistency in brand experience.
4. Packaging Artwork and Labelling Compliance
- Develop and format artwork for product packaging and labels for organic, natural, and cosmetic products across domestic and international markets.
- Coordinate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure all labelling meets applicable domestic standards (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, CDSCO where relevant) and export market requirements.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain teams to gather creative briefs, gather feedback, and meet project timelines.
- Facilitate clear communication between design and non-design stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
6. File Management and Asset Archiving
- Organise, archive, and maintain all design files with systematic version control and naming conventions.
- Use digital asset management (DAM) systems to store, update, and retrieve files efficiently, ensuring access for authorised team members.
7. Trade Show and Event Content Support
- Design booth graphics, roll-up banners, standees, and promotional materials for trade shows, industry exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Ensure all event materials are delivered on time, print-ready, and consistent with brand guidelines.
8. Content Localisation and Market Customisation
- Adapt visual content for specific regional markets, incorporating appropriate language, cultural nuances, and regulatory text (multilingual packaging, regional catalogues, etc.).
- Work with translators and regional teams to localise content effectively for domestic and global markets.
9. Continuous Improvement and Professional Development
- Stay current with design software updates, production technologies, and industry trends.
- Proactively engage in skill development activities and contribute fresh design ideas to team workflows and processes.
