About the Role
We are looking for an experienced travel professional who can independently manage both international and domestic travel arrangements for teams, management, and exhibitors.
IMPORTANT – Mandatory Requirement
Candidates MUST have hands-on experience in international ticketing WITHOUT using GDS systems such as: Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre etc
The role requires someone comfortable managing bookings through:
- Online travel portals
- Airline websites
- Direct vendor coordination
- Empanelled travel agencies
This is an Individual Contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Booking & Travel Management - MAIN FOCUS INTERNATIONAL
- Handle end-to-end international and domestic travel bookings
- Book flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation
- Manage ticketing through online portals and travel agencies (without using GDS systems)
- Compare fares and optimize travel costs
- Ensure timely booking confirmations and accurate ticket issuance
- Handle urgent travel changes, cancellations, rescheduling, missed flights, and emergency situations professionally
Hotel & Accommodation Management - MAIN FOCUS INTERNATIONAL
- Arrange domestic and international hotel accommodations
- Coordinate bookings through online platforms and direct negotiations
- Ensure cost-effective and convenient stay options
Visa & Documentation Support
- Guide travelers regarding visa requirements and documentation
- Coordinate and manage travel-related documents and formalities
- Ensure timely completion of visa processes
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and vendors
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Resolve travel and vendor-related issues efficiently
Reporting & Record Management
- Maintain accurate booking and travel records
- Prepare travel expense reports and MIS reports
- Track correspondence and travel-related documentation
SPOC Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Experience - 8+ years of experience in domestic and international travel management
- Mandatory Skills - Strong experience in international and domestic ticketing
- MUST be able to independently manage bookings WITHOUT using Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, or similar GDS platforms
- Proficiency in online ticketing portals and travel booking platforms
- Experience handling international hotel bookings
- Knowledge of visa documentation and travel formalities
- Ability to manage multiple global travel requests simultaneously
- Good understanding of international travel routes, regulations, customs, and currencies
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
