Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and enhance brand visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to engage our audience, build brand loyalty, and drive sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media content aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Manage day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships for brand promotion.
Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
Track and manage budgets for social media campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in the e-commerce or gifting industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creativity and ability to think out of the box.
Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
