Report Management: Communicate test results over the phone in a professional manner and assist patients with receiving electronic or physical copies of reports.
Customer Relationship & Feedback: Handle patient queries, complaints, and grievances with empathy to maintain high service standards and build trust.
Database Maintenance: Accurately log all customer interactions, update patient contact details, and record test data into the laboratory information system (LIS) or CRM.
Coordination: Collaborate with phlebotomists, technical staff, and billing departments to streamline the service process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
