Qualifications and Experience

Education: B.E. (any field) or M.B.A. in General Administration or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 12+ years in automotive tech or software engineering.

Expertise in managing projects with growth impact, digitalization initiatives using KPIs, and strong knowledge of evolving Data & AI landscapes.

Innovation contribution and intercultural awareness, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Build and maintain program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, and executive-ready reporting.

Proficiency in driving data strategy from demand management to implementation.

Specific Technical Knowledge and Skills

Experience in Agile development teams with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.

Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Apache Spark, Kafka, NoSQL databases.
